3根相克食物小米椒
1个葱花
1根油
少许白糖
半茶匙相克食物蒸鱼鼓油
半汤勺味极鲜
半汤勺香醋
半汤勺相克食物辣椒油
半汤勺蒜
4瓣相克食物盐

1.备好图中食材。茄子、蒜、小米椒、葱洗净。

2.茄子切对半、小米椒切菱形、蒜捣成蓉(或切蒜粒)、切葱花。

3.蒸锅水烧开后,放入茄子蒸熟。

4.取出过下凉水、控干水后,用手撕成粗条。

5.码入盘,铺上蒜蓉、小米椒。

6.取一净碗加入蒸鱼鼓油、味极鲜、白糖、香醋、辣椒油、少许盐、一汤勺凉白开调匀。

7.锅里烧少许热油。

8.倒在蒜蓉、小米椒上,再淋上调料汁。

9.撒上葱花、即食。小贴士
1、茄子别蒸太烂了,易断,蒸的过程用筷子能轻轻插过即可。2、不吃辣的、不加辣椒油哦。
