适量蒸肉粉
一袋腐乳汁

1.主料准备:?直排切段放姜

2.放酱油适量拌匀

3.拌匀的排骨腌制30分钟

4.再放适量腐乳汁拌匀继续腌制20分钟

5.放适量蒸肉粉拌匀

6.将糯米粉放入料理机里打碎

7.将打碎的糯米粉放入,拌匀

8.拌匀后腌制几分钟待用

9.莲藕加糯米粉拌匀入味待用

10.取出大口径碗将莲藕放底部/腌制拌好的排骨放上面

11.全部放完,尽量碗内壁留点缝隙,便入莲藕蒸熟

12.放到蒸锅大火蒸10分钟改小火再蒸45分钟
