[一代综师]【人文】他的花鸟画根深叶茂，绚丽多彩[38P]
[color=Blue]李行百（1926.5—）字信伯。四川成都人。擅长中国画、画论。1946年毕业于金陵大学中文系。后拜张大千为师学画 。四十年代初参加“蜀艺社”，从芮敬予学画史、画论，从谢无量学文物鉴赏。
1952年后在中国美术家协会、《中国画》编辑部、北京画院工作工作，后为《中国画》编辑部负责人，北京画院专业画家。作品有《荷塘雨过》在第一届全国青年美展获奖、《红英照日、经霜益艳》等。

1950年在成都军管会文艺处任《川西人民画报》编辑，1951年在全国美术家协会任秘书，1957年参加北京中国 画院的筹建工作，1962年在北京88中等学校任教，

1980年调北京画院《中国画》画刊任编辑部负责人，同时受聘为美国印第安纳州大学艺术教育系客座教 授，1987年退休后，受聘为北京荣宝斋咨询委员会秘书长兼《金石书画》主编、中国图书总公司顾问等职。1993年9月被聘为四川省文史研究馆馆员。

20世纪40年代初入“蜀艺社”，拜芮敬于研修中国画理论及画史，追随谢无量学文物鉴赏，从张大千、赵少昂研习中国画；擅长中国画、书法、美术及文艺理论。
从1946年起，先后在成都、重庆、上海、南京举行个人画展，发表美术、文艺理论、新文化及研讨继承民族绘画遗产及中国美术史文章数百篇。

1956年“推陈出新”作品入选 “全国青年美展”并获奖，同时成为中国美术家协会会员。曾应邀访问美国，在印第安纳大学艺术教育系、东亚系讲学，并在美国举行个人画展。
1992年秋在美国为促进中国乐山市与美国布洛明顿市缔结友好城市，荣获美方赠予 “金钥匙”的特殊礼遇。

李行百从事书画创作多年，作品远涉重洋，亦出版多本画集。2000年12月由四川美术出版社出版的“北美风光系列”是李行百于1984年以来，多次赴美国、加拿大访问、讲学的写实之作。其技法、格调无不体现了中西方绘画风格的交融。
