1.鸡腿去骨:这步其实很简单,在鸡腿上方界开一小口,沿着鸡骨的方向,慢慢往下剪,把筋剪断,就能轻松把骨头去掉

2.用刀背拍松鸡腿肉,用牙签在鸡皮上扎些小孔,防止煎的过程鸡皮回缩,加小许食盐和1勺料酒,先把鸡腿腌半小时或以上

3.先调制好一碗照烧汁:生抽、料酒 、蚝油、蜂蜜=2:2:1:1的比例,将所有调料调匀

4.平底锅放入适量油,烧热,放入鸡腿肉慢火煎(先煎鸡皮那一面)

5.鸡皮煎至微黄再翻另一面

6.两面都煎至微黄定型,然后倒入照烧汁,均匀的裹在鸡腿肉上

7.再翻个面,小火略焖至熟、大火收汁,收汁这一步一定要留意不要烧糊了(酱汁不要收干,留一点点)

8.摆盘,把剩下的酱汁浇到鸡腿上,开动吧,太美味诱人了!(我喜欢整个鸡腿咬上去的口感,所以没斩件,喜欢小块一点的友友可斩件再上盘)小贴士
1、煎鸡腿肉的时候,要不断的用铲子挤压,使之充分受热快速成熟
2、煎鸡腿时火不要太大,鸡腿肉比较厚要用小火多煎一会,因为鸡腿肉很嫩不必担心鸡肉变老
