八片相克食物豆腐干
适量相克食物红椒
适量油
适量料酒
适量姜
三片相克食物郫县豆瓣酱
一汤匙甜面酱
一汤匙料酒
一汤匙糖
半汤匙相克食物蘑菇精
适量葱姜蒜
各适量圆白菜回锅肉的做法

1.猪肉夹净猪毛,洗净;圆白菜将根部切下,一片一片拨下来

2.锅里放水,将猪肉放进去,加姜片和料酒煮至用筷子能扎透瘦肉时夹出,晾凉,切片

3.圆白菜用手撒成片,中间的菜梗不用

4.蒸锅里水烧开,将圆白菜放入笼屉

5.盖盖蒸一分钟,端出(经过这样处理的圆白菜口感更好,炒出来颜色也不变,还节约了烹制时间)

6.取一碗,放入郫县豆瓣酱、甜面酱、料酒、蘑菇精、糖,搅匀(可适当放些清水)

7.都准备好了(豆腐干切条、红椒切不规则片状。这两样可以不加)开炒!

8.锅里油烧至六成热,下肉片煸炒

9.肉片呈透明状,并煸出油时,放入豆腐干和红椒

10.放入葱姜蒜,翻炒均匀

11.加入调好的汁,翻炒均匀

15.成品图小贴士
猪肉晾凉后好切;圆白菜一定不要中间的菜梗;圆白菜只需要蒸一分钟(蒸的时候我了六十下);料汁里的豆瓣酱已含盐分,最后调味要根据自家口味来定。
