一勺盐
少许葱段

1.准备食材。

2.锅中烧开水,放入五花肉、姜和葱段一起煮至八成熟。

9.放入蒜苗粗梗部分翻炒至七成熟。

11.最后放入盐调味即可,全程用中大火烹炒。

五花肉选肥瘦夹层为佳,肉要炒至入味微焦香,香蒜炒至9成熟即可,太熟就不好吃了。五花肉要切得厚薄均匀,这样才能更好入味。
