1.茄子用盐洗净后,切去不规则头尾,切成两段。

2.然后把茄子全部切成小条。

5.大蒜拍成蓉,小米椒切小粒,香菜切碎备用。

6.蒸熟的茄子取出,凉却备用。

茄子本身就很下饭,再加上蒜蓉辣椒麻油调味,真是其味无穷!
