1.三黄鸡一只开膛洗净后凉水泡一个小时

2.将鸡放入凉水锅中开火

3.准备好葱,姜,花椒,大料

5.放入葱,姜,花椒,大料,料酒煮10分钟

6.一定不要超时,十分钟后关火盖上盖子焖上

7.准备一盆纯净水放入冰箱或加入冰块。

12.锅中放油烧热
