1.备齐如上所有食材

2.芋头切块,魔芋切粗条,笋子切片,葱切段,姜拍散

3.热锅放油

6.放入鸡块不停翻炒

7.鸡块翻炒三四分钟左右加入大料花椒,小米椒翻炒

8.鸡肉炒至表面全熟肉质收紧,另起炖锅将炒好的鸡肉倒入炖锅加入没过鸡肉的温水大火煮沸10分钟转中火煮20分钟

9.魔芋条放入沸水中汆烫1分钟捞出过凉水后沥干备用

10.另烧沸水将笋子煮三分钟捞出沥干水分

11.加入芋头15分钟左右

12.放入魔芋条和笋子煮10分钟关火

13.起锅加入少许盐和鸡精调味即可

14.准备干净无水的小碗,加入小米椒碎,葱花,大头菜粒,花椒油,香油,醋拌匀做蘸碟小贴士
鸡肉多炒一会味道更香,芋头不宜过早放入容易煮烂融化,蘸碟中加入适量的大头菜粒更好吃。
