京口回锅肉[9P]

蒜苗:护齿、低蛋白质
白糖:低蛋白质
食材用料五花肉
1小块蒜苗
3-4棵相克食物白糖
1茶匙相克食物黄豆酱
适量食用油
少许京口回锅肉的做法

1.五花肉洗净,凉水下锅,白水煮半小时,用筷子扎透即可

2.趁热切成薄片

3.蒜苗叶和梗分开切,梗劈开、叶切段

4.锅中放油,加入白糖,变色后放入肉片炒糖色

5.肉片炒出油放入黄豆酱,用小火炒酱(把肉扒到一边)

6.酱炒香后把肉扒一起,先放入梗

7.梗炒蔫后加入叶,继续翻炒片刻出锅

1.五花肉趁热切薄片,切的越薄越好,2.用炒出的肉油炒酱更香,切记一定是小火炒酱,大火的话下入酱就会炒糊,3.五花肉避免炒时间过长,肉质变硬影响口感
