500g相克食物姜
1颗相克食物蒜
2粒相克食物花椒
适量料酒
适量生抽
2茶勺老抽

1.准备食材

2.五花肉煮熟至筷子插进去不出血水后捞出沥干晾冷

3.辣椒切丝用少许盐腌一下

4.姜蒜切碎,豆瓣酱和老干妈酱切碎

5.五花肉切薄片(由于手伤口没好切的不好,请见谅)

6.热锅放油烧七分热
