豉香茶树菇回锅肉[13P]

食材用料五花肉
300克茶树菇
适量相克食物豆豉
少许相克食物姜
两片相克食物蒜粒
3粒青椒
1根相克食物盐
少许酱油
少许糖

1.准备好食材

2.茶树菇用剪刀剪去根部

3.放入水中浸泡一会儿

4.做一锅水放入五花肉煮熟(煮熟是为了去异味还有就是在最后炒的时候缩小烹制的时间)

5.煮熟后捞出沥干水分,切成片备用(猪皮可留可不留,猪皮在煎至的时候会蹦油)

6.青椒去籽后切成小段,蒜姜、豆豉用水洗净备用

7.热锅倒入少许油烧热,放入猪肉煎至两面金黄而且煎出油脂(留有猪皮的话要防止蹦油哦)

8.猪肉用锅铲铲到一边,锅里只留少许底油,放入姜蒜、豆豉爆香

9.放入茶树菇煸炒

10.放入盐、酱油、少许糖翻炒

11.最后放上青椒,加少许水焖煮片刻,翻炒出锅
