  500g干辣椒

  20个生姜

  适量小葱

  适量食用油

  适量食盐

  两勺味精

  半勺料酒

  1、鸡心本身具有腥味,外表附有油脂和筋络,内含污血、须清洗后才可使用。清洗干净后可用盐及料酒稍微抓下,即可有效的去除鸡心的腥味。

  2、优质的鸡心色紫红,形呈锥形、质韧。

  3、鸡心虽然营养丰富,但不适用于消化系统疾病疾病患者,过量食用会加重肠胃负担,加重病情。

  4、鸡心带有一定的腥味,与比辣椒、孜然等炒食,不但口味好,也可以淡化腥味。

  5、炒制鸡心大火快炒,不但鸡心嫩也好吃。
