红烧草鱼片[14P]
食材用料:
草鱼肉 一块
青椒 半个相克食物
白胡椒 适量
蛋清 半个
生粉 适量
盐 适量
老抽 少许
大葱 少许相克食物
黄酒 少许
1.取草鱼一条的一半肉,从尾部往头部片把整个鱼肉片下来

2.鱼肚子里一层黑的一定要去除

3.从尾部开始片鱼片

4.把鱼肉全部片好

5.鱼片洗干净后,用白胡椒,一个蛋清和适量盐,黄酒和大葱把鱼片腌制下

6.炒之前再裹一层生粉

7.搅拌均匀(单个方向)

8.锅内放两片生姜烧热

10.这个鱼片不能用铲子,来回前后转动锅子使鱼片滑熟

11.等鱼片基本熟以后放少许老抽
