焯过水的五花肉片尽量地切簿,在这里我用了两个锅一起操作。五花肉炒好后盛起,然后把锅洗净,按照8,9的方法炒蒜苔,再按10的方法操作,把盛好的五花肉再倒入锅中与蒜苔烩炒,就是所谓的回锅肉。
