调汁可依人口味:花椒少许大料1个,冰糖几块,香叶1片、桂皮1片、盐2茶匙、老抽少许、生抽1茶匙、豆瓣酱半碗调成汁也可。
最好晚上酱猪蹄,早上吃,猪蹄特别好吃!
